– Frames:  Constructed with Solid Hardwood and furniture grade plywood in all stress areas. And plywood and OSB in non stress ares. Each frame is corner blocked for superior strength.
– Springs: 8.5 Gauge medium loop sinuous wire. Spaced 4.5″ apart and covered with fiber deck padding.
– Cushions:  1.8″ Density foam and book-wrapped in 2 ounce polyester fiber.
– Padding: All frames are padded on the outside arms and backs. This gives the furniture a better feel and a more tailored look. We use thick polyester fiber on track and flared outside arms and quilted pad on all other arms.
Inside backs are bagged and baffled to reduce fiber migration. Each bag is filled with 15 denier conjugated picked polyester fiber for durability and bounce.

– Warranty: One Year Limited Warranty on Frames and Cushions (as long as fabrics are not scotch guarded or chemically treated)
