With the massive increase in spam calls, individuals tend to avoid answering calls from unknown numbers. On top of that, people are busy and don’t always get around to checking voicemails in a timely manner.  WE GET IT !  However, these factors make it a little harder to alert our customers when their furniture has arrived.  Which is why we started texting our customers with order arrival status. It has made a world of difference in increasing the efficiency and communication between us. Once you receive a text update, you  can respond to the text to set a delivery or request information. Or you can call our main line to speak directly with a human.  Your  Choice!  How convenient!

* Don’t fret landline lovers, we still make calls to non-cellular numbers.
